If you are new to the Aesthetic Medicine program at FoRM, there are 2 ways to get started. One option is to start with a 15 minute complimentary consultation with either Dr. Kai Herman or Wairiumu Lazenby, our advanced aesthetician, who will review your goals and discuss recommended services to help you meet your goals. Your first treatment will be scheduled on a different day. If you are looking to get started right away with a treatment, but don’t know where to start, you can schedule a 1 hour new client appointment with either Dr. Kai or Wairimu, our aesthetician, who will complete your consultation and perform an initial treatment on the same day. There is a $45 minimum charge for the one hour appointment, even if you decide against receiving a treatment that same day.
